Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
• Before Shipping: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at queries.eleganceeclat@gmail.com to request cancellation.
• After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Returns
• Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Process: To return an item, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
• Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
